These Delrin plugs fit into the reed seat of your drones. They effectively lengthen the drone, making the drone tune further down on the slide. This can be very helpful for pipers with very sharp drones or sharp reeds that have problems with getting their drones into the optimal position with a little hemp showing. The Extenders are threaded and will fit many (not all) reed seats.
