Drone reeds from R. J. Kinnaird (Saskatchewan). The reed body is machined glass fibre, very similar to the Rocket reeds. The tongue is carbon fibre, for the great sound you need. The nose cone is used for pitch adjustment - it's a hollow tube, threaded and containing a small disc that can be moved up or down via the included Allen wrench.
The reeds have nice harmonics and are steady and easy to blow.
